Usually around 3:00 p.m. If you would like to check in earlier, please call the Innkeeper the day of check in to see if the room is available.
Check-out Time:
Checkout is 11:00 a.m. If you would like to request a later check-out (12:00), please let us know and we will do our best to make that happen!
Room Capacity:
Additional $20 per person (over 3 yrs), per night exceeding room capacity. (See Rooms & Rates) for each room's "Sleeps" capacity.
Payment:
To confirm a reservation, we require a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and cash. We charge 6% Michigan sales tax. Gratuity for the housekeeping staff is at your discretion and always appreciated.
Cancellations:
Stone Waters Inn has 72 hr cancellation policy on all non-group reservations. We are a small property with high demand for rooms, so please give us notice if you need to cancel. We will not refund any deposit money for cancellations less than 72 hrs prior to check in. **Whole house bookings generally have a one month cancellation policy, however you should check your confirmation for details.
**For reservations that include 2+ rooms you must cancel 7 days prior to check in to receive deposit refund.
**For Holidays and Special Events you must cancel 7 days prior to check in.
Quiet Hours:
The pool table and out door hot tub close at 11pm. All noise must be kept to a bare minimum between the hours of 11pm-7am.
Common Areas:
We want every guest to enjoy all that Stone Waters Inn has to offer. Please be courteous of other guests when utilizing the indoor and outdoor common areas. Only exclusive Inn rentals are allowed to set up food/drink service in the common areas.
Smoking:
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Outdoor smoking is permitted. Please be considerate of other guests and dispose of butts properly.
Pets:
Stone Waters Inn will allow well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable fee of $40.00 per dog/per stay.
Cleaning Fee:
A $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file for any room/bathroom that requires clean up of any bodily fluids. (blood, vomit, urine, etc.)
A $25 -$50 fee will be charged to the card on file for any soiled/damaged towels and bedding.
